AMVETS National Headquarters operates to serve you, our members. One way we do this is by providing you information you need to know as an AMVET and the tools to operate at the post level. Among these tools is the 2008 Electronic Reference Manual, which provides a wealth of information on everything from the National Constitution and Bylaws (PDF) to how to nominate someone for a Silver Helmet Award. Distribution of the CD-ROM to posts and departments is now underway (as of January 2008). If you are interested in obtaining a copy for your own use, contact us at the Headquarters. We have a limited number of copies available without charge on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need assistance in viewing its contents, please read these instructions.
